He holds a degree in Law, a Masters in Taxation and International Taxation and a Doctorate in Law from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas. Since 2010 he has been a lecturer in Financial and Tax Law at the Pontifical University of Comillas. He has also been a lecturer and visiting scholar at numerous universities and research centres in Spain and abroad, including the Universities of Harvard, Oxford and Vienna. He has also worked as an academic transfer consultant for a number of companies, consultancies and governments. He is the author of two monographs, co-director of three treatises and two monographs, as well as several articles on the prevention of abuse in international taxation and taxation of the financial sector. Since 2019, he has been Director General of Modernisation and Quality of Services of the Government of the Canary Islands, where he has contributed to the coordination of citizen care, data management and digitalisation during the health crisis for COVID19. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
