Binter shares its experience and route expansion at CIIF Market 2025
- The Canary Islands airline presented its connectivity and international growth model at a professional session held at the Iberostar Heritage Grand Mencey Hotel, within the framework of the Canary Islands International Film Market.
The airline Binter participated this Thursday in the 21st edition of the Canary Islands International Film Market (CIIF Market) with a professional presentation in which it announced its connectivity strategy, route expansion and commitment to promoting the Archipelago as a cultural and audiovisual destination.
The session, held in the Nivaria Room of the Iberostar Heritage Grand Mencey Hotel, featured the participation of Paloma Torres, Corporate & Leisure Sales Manager, and José Luis Castillo, Contracting & MICE Sales Manager of Binter.
During the presentation, the speakers reviewed the airline’s history, which has been connecting destinations within and outside the Canary Islands for over 36 years. As an airline with Canarian capital, Binter links all the airports in the islands and maintains an extensive network of national and international connections, contributing to mobility, the economy, and the positioning of the Canary Islands as a territory open to the world.
Torres and Castillo highlighted the company’s commitment to service quality, customer care, and sustainability—pillars that have defined Binter’s growth in recent years. The airline currently operates regular flights between the Canary Islands and 18 airports on the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, including Madrid, Valencia, and Seville, in addition to a growing network of international destinations.
In the words of the airline representatives, “Binter has turned the #CanaryWay of flying into a way to connect cultures, generate opportunities and take the spirit of the Canary Islands beyond the Archipelago.”
The session was part of the official program of CIIF Market 2025, which brings together audiovisual professionals, institutional representatives, and companies involved in cultural production and promotion in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Binter’s participation reinforced the importance of transport and connectivity as key elements for the development of the audiovisual sector, facilitating the movement of equipment, locations, and filming between islands and international destinations.
