Pablo Hernández
Sabita Jagtani
Pablo Hernández González-Barreda was born in La Orotava, Tenerife. He holds a degree in Law, a Masters in Taxation and International Taxation and a Doctorate in Law from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas. Since 2010 he has been a lecturer in Financial and Tax Law at the Pontifical University of Comillas. He has also been a lecturer and visiting scholar at numerous universities and research centres in Spain and abroad, including the Universities of Harvard, Oxford and Vienna. He has also worked as an academic transfer consultant for a number of companies, consultancies and governments. He is the author of two monographs, co-director of three treatises and two monographs, as well as several articles on the prevention of abuse in international taxation and taxation of the financial sector. Since 2019, he has been Director General of Modernisation and Quality of Services of the Government of the Canary Islands, where he has contributed to the coordination of citizen care, data management and digitalisation during the health crisis for COVID19.
Sabita Jagtani is economist, senior technician with project management functions.

Natacha Mora
Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of La Laguna, Master’s Degree in Cultural Management from the Universidad Oberta de Catalunya. She worked as a cultural manager in the City Council of Santa Cruz de Tenerife until 2007 and then in the Government of the Canary Islands, where she coordinated music, theater, dance and film programs. In 2013 he became head of the audiovisual department of the Government of the Canary Islands. In 2015 the CANARY ISLANDS FILM brand was born, which he has directed since then and which includes other areas of the government, the film commissions, the Consorcio Zona Especial Canaria and the private sector, and which carries out the internationalization, development and consolidation of the industry audiovisual of the Canary Islands.

Genoveva Ayala
Graduated in Political Science and Sociology, with more than 20 years of professional experience, she has linked her professional career both from the Public Administration and from the business environment, in the implementation and management of strategies, business development and marketing, both nationally and internationally, in fields such as advertising, animation, or international sales of film rights, among others. Since 2021 he is manager of the Audiovisual Cluster of the Canary Islands.

Concha Díaz
Ricardo Martínez
She holds a degree in Information Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid. She has worked at Televisión Canaria in the news department and as a coordinator and festival manager at Cineforum Bolzano. Since 2005, she has been working as a coordinator at the Tenerife Film Commission.
He holds degrees in Economics and Regional Economics, both from the University of La Laguna. He has worked for Tenerife City Council and as manager of the Professional Association of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses of Villa de la Orotava (Apymevo). He joined the Tenerife Film Commission as Director in 2007.

Javier Hidalgo
Javier Hidalgo, engineer and architect, currently works as a senior technician and coordinator of the audiovisual industries in the entity. He previously graduated in the 12th promotion (2015) of PROEXCA’s International Business scholarships and did his internship at the Trade Office of the Spanish Embassy in Toronto (Canada), and worked as a senior business consultant at Gedeth Network, an international business consultancy.
