Synopsis:

Ana (8), Isabel (45) and Miguel (52) prepare a vacation trip to meet and camp in the place where Ana was born. The journey is long, through the vast desert of northern Chile, but an unexpected detour on the road leads them to an alternative path that ends in a tragic accident in the middle of a desolate ravine. The loss is total. Roma, Ana’s mixed-race dog disappears from the place; Isabel, apparently dead, falls into a coma and Ana dies in Miguel’s arms, the only one unharmed after the tragedy. Isabel wakes up from a coma, six months have passed since the accident, Miguel buries his daughter’s body with his camcorder. The gentle waves reach the shore where Ana’s body is buried. A soft light begins to dye the environment that merges with the movement of police officers, nurses and some police experts who cordon off the sector, police personnel begin to dig up Ana’s body…

Synopsis:

Year 2033, in a Latin American country oppressed by a military government, an unlikely hero emerges: Manuel, an immigrant journalist who becomes the only voice of protest through his digital platform, quickly amassing millions of followers. But his growing fame does not goes unnoticed, and soon he becomes the target of an insurgent group seeking to use him for its own purposes. The country plunges into chaos, with the masses desperate to break free from oppression, and Manuel leading a revolution that seems straight out of a reality show. Synopsis:

By 2050, Bangladesh will have approximately 220 million inhabitants and much of its territory will be permanently submerged. This could result in the forced displacement of between 10 and 30 million people from the country’s southern coastline, forcing many Bangladeshis to flee as “climate refugees”, a human population expected to reach 250 million worldwide by mid-century. On a planetary scale, we are talking about the largest mass migration in human history. How long will Dhaka cope with the influx of so many people? Where will all these people go when the cities collapse? Who will take them in? We are sitting on a huge time bomb.

Synopsis:

A rebellious trio of high school girls forgo their prom’s sanctioned afterparty to indulge in an adrenaline-fueled weekend with older kite-surfers on the enigmatic Curonian Spit. As night falls, the group witnesses a chilling scene: shadowy figures dragging massive body bags. The next day, prom queen Nastia narrowly escapes death by drowning, only to vanish from the hospital after her friends arrive to visit. Determined to rescue Nastia, they return to the dunes and embark on a harrowing journey that leads them to the very edge of Kaliningrad, where they uncover a sinister organ trafficking network. Synopsis:

Workaholic Catarina is the manager of a traditional and bustling hotel in the center of Lisbon. She’s a smart, proactive woman, the kind who is always solving problems creatively, donating her time entirely to work, even sleeping many nights on the cramped couch in her office. Despite all her dedication and energy, her competence is put in check when, suddenly, the hotel is sold, and Telma, a representative of the new administration, begins to observe her closely for a whole day. Pressured and determined to stay in the position of manager, Catarina will have to prove herself a great leader of her clumsy employees, who do not collaborate in the slightest, while having to deal with the follies of eccentric guests from all corners of the world, making her day more and more unpredictable. As if all this were not enough, she still meets Luís, an old love from high school, who, staying at the hotel, will stir her most dormant feelings and unravel dark secrets of her past. Synopsis:

Cuarzo is the feature-length extension of the short documentary with fictional recreations 7:11 Cuarzo, awarded by the Malaga Film Festival. As in the short film, the story will be based on other people’s lives and will focus on the same with absolute accuracy: the consequences, the different after-effects that can be left by child abuse. In particular, the aim is to show the different faces that the same truth can have. Beyond the desire to criticize, denounce or victimize, the intention is to look where no one is looking and to tell of a reality that leaves no one indifferent and acts invisibly in our society, such as child abuse and rape in the aberrant figure of more than 85% in the direct family environment. Thus, the main aim is to raise awareness and bring the viewer face to face with a truth that until then has been terribly invisible.

Synopsis:

Margarita’s relationship with Ivan, the team’s coach, will be tense from the start, and will bring us the unexpected outcome of a secret past they have kept together, broken by dramatic events. The players soon grow fond of the psychologist and will be her best allies in this tangled battle of sexes.

Synopsis:

Nothing works for him, until he finds a letter that has been missing for 30 years and decides that this is his mission: to deliver the letter.
