CIIF Market , whose priority objective is to promote contact between producers and creatives, is one of the most outstanding film markets in the sector with 15 years of experience under its belt. In its fifteenth edition, ten unpublished audiovisual projects sought financing and established contact with producers of national and international projection through speed dating meetings.

“We are excited and happy with the results obtained. We have closed this edition by handing out the prizes and it has been very difficult for us to choose. It was close because the level has risen a lot. The recipients have highlighted that the projects are increasingly prepared and complete. This year we had very different projects and that helped each of them to make their way”, he commented Guillermo Ríos , director of the CIIF Market.

This is the second year that CIIF Market recognizes the best projects presented to the film market. On this occasion, ” Lolas “, directed by Eduardo Cubillo and produced by La Gaveta Producciones, received the Canarias Cultura en Red Award for the best Canarian project, which will allow them to participate in a sectoral market with international projection.

This island representation is joined by Radio Televisión Canaria through its Co-Production and Antenna department, which repeats its presence for another year with the aim of continuing to bet on the Canarian product.
