Technical Workflow Course for Audiovisual Producers: specialized training in audiovisual production

Santa Cruz de Tenerife, October 23, 2025. Santa Cruz de Tenerife will host the Technical Workflow Course for Audiovisual Producers from October 28 to 31, which will be held within the framework of the Canary Islands International Film Market. The course aims to promote learning, specialization, and professional development in the audiovisual sector in the Canary Islands.
This in-person training, which will take place in the new Espacio Price, will offer producers, production managers, and industry professionals a comprehensive and practical overview of the technical processes involved in each phase of a production, from pre-production to final delivery, providing tools to improve the efficiency and quality of audiovisual projects.
The course, organized by CIIF Market Lab and Outlabs Formación, provides tools to optimize communication between departments, improve technical planning and management, and facilitate informed decision-making during project development.
The 16-hour course is aimed at producers, production managers, and professionals interested in learning more about the technical and operational processes involved in each phase of an audiovisual production.
The course program covers in a practical and detailed manner the entire technical process of an audiovisual production, from script to screen. The key aspects of the technical workflow will be analyzed, offering a comprehensive overview of the processes and decisions that influence the final quality of the work. It will also delve into the role of the DIT (Digital Imaging Technician), a key figure in the digital production chain, and their involvement in the different phases of the project: pre-production, filming, and post-production.
Participants will learn best practices for managing and securing digital footage, ensuring data integrity and workflow efficiency. New technologies applied to audiovisual production, such as visual effects (VFX), artificial intelligence, and virtual production, will also be discussed, along with procedures for preparing deliveries and final formats—key aspects for ensuring the proper delivery and distribution of content.
